نانوجاذب جدید GH-92 با استفاده از اسفنجهای خلیج فارس برای جداسازی سرب و کادمیم
حذف آلایندهها در اکوسیستمهای آبی بهویژه آبهای آشامیدنی، همواره مورد نظر پژوهشگران بوده است. در دهههای اخیر، از ترکیبات طبیعی بهعنوان جاذب در حذف آلایندهها بهفراوانی استفاده شده است. پژوهشهای مختلف انجام گرفته در دنیا، نشان داده است که یکی از روشهای مؤثر در زمینه حذف آلایندهها، فناوری نانو است. در این پژوهش، برای اولین بار در دنیا از یک گونه از اسفنجهای بومی خلیج فارس متعلق به رده دموسپونژیا که دارای حفرههای نانو است برای حذف یونهای کلسیم، منیزیم، کبالت، کادمیم و سرب از آب استفاده شد. میزان جذب در دانهبندیهای مختلف اسفنج، زمان تماس و میزان pH بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که این نوع اسفنج قادر است مقادیر مختلفی از یونهای یاد شده را جذب نماید. میزان جذب یونهای کلسیم، منیزیم و کبالت توسط این نوع اسفنج بسیار ناچیز بود و بیشترین ظرفیت جذب مربوط به یون کادمیم در محدوده pH برابر 5 و غلظت 5 میلیگرم در لیتر، برابر 37/2 میلیگرم بر گرم و یون سرب در محدوده pH برابر 5/4 تا 5 و غلظت 300 میلیگرم در لیترو اندازه ذرات با دانهبندی230 مش با ظرفیت جذب 19/79 میلیگرم، بهازای هر گرم جاذب بهدست آمد.

تصفیه فاضلاب حاوی اسید اورانژ 7 با فرایند ازنزنی و تعیین مشتقات میانی تولیدی
در این پژوهش از فرایند ازنزنی در راکتور ناپیوسته برای تصفیه فاضلاب حاوی اسید اورانژ 7 استفاده شد. متغیرهای مستقل شامل غلظت رنگزا در محدوده 5 تا 250 میلیگرم در لیتر، pH در محدوده 4 تا 12، دبی جرمی ازن با مقادیر 12 و 20 میلیگرم در دقیقه و دبی حجمی ازن بهمیزان 5/0 و 1 لیتر بر دقیقه بودند. طبق نتایج، در شرایط بهینه شامل غلظت 100 میلیگرم در لیتر رنگزا، pH برابر 11، دبی جرمی ازن 20 میلیگرم بر دقیقه و دبی حجمی1 لیتر بر دقیقه پس از 150 دقیقه، میزان حذف رنگزا 100 درصد و میزان حذف COD 30 درصد بهدست آمد. بر اساس منحنی جذبی، جذب نور فاضلاب با ازنزنی در شرایط بهینه پس از حذف رنگزا، در بازه 450 تا500 نانومتر، 100 درصد افزایش یافت. طبق نتایج آزمایش GC-Mass و مقادیر LD50، اسید اورانژ 7 به ترکیبات سمیتر 1 و 4- نفتالیندیال، 1- نفتیلآمین، 2- نفتل و آنیلین تبدیل شد، که برای از بین بردن آنها باید فرایند ازنزنی تا حذف کامل COD ادامه یابد. سطوح بهینه پارامترهای مؤثر بر تصفیه فاضلاب واقعی نساجی با روش تاگوچی برای متغیرهای pH، میزان ازن تزریقیو دبی تزریق ازن بهترتیب 11، 20 میلیگرم در دقیقه و 1 لیتر بر دقیقه بهدست آمد.

الگوسازی پویای سیستم آب منطقه تهران با هدف مدیریت مؤثر
کمبود منابع آب یکی از مهمترین چالشهای حیاتی برای اغلب کشورهای جهان است. تهران بهعنوان پایتخت و پرجمعیتترین شهر ایران نیز با مسئله کمبود منابع آبی در سالهای اخیر مواجه شده است که در صورت عدم مدیریت صحیح آن به یک بحران تهدیدآمیز برای منطقه تبدیل خواهد شد. در پژوهش حاضر با بهکارگیری مدلسازی پویا و روش تحلیل پویاییهای سیستم، تلاش شد با دیدی جامع نسبت به سیستم آب منطقه تهران و با استفاده از شبیهسازی رفتاری در محیط نرمافزار ونسیم به مدیریت یکپارچه منابع آب در این حوضه آبریز کمک شود.پس از اعتبارسنجی الگو،سیاستهایی در جهت بهبود فاصله موجود میان عرضه و تقاضای آب، که بهعنوان متغیر اصلی و رفتار مرجع سیستم شناخته شده بود، آزموده شدند. نتایج شبیهسازی نشان داد که سیاستهای کنترل جمعیت و فناوری نسبت به سایر سیاستها تأثیر قابل توجهی بر بهبود وضعیت آب منطقه دارند؛ با این حال سیاستهای کنترل جمعیت و فناوری میتوانند همزمان با سیاستهایی همچون اعمال مالیات و تعرفهها همراه شوند تا مؤثرتر عمل نمایند.

اثر ضد باکتریایی نانوذرات اکسید روی و صافیهای پوشش داده شده با آن در حذف اشرشیاکلی و انتروکوکوسفکالیس
آب تمیز لازمه حیات و حفظ اکوسیستم است. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی اثرات ضد باکتریایی نانوذرات روی، بر رشد اشرشیاکلی و انتروکوکوسفکالیس بهعنوان شاخص آلودگی آب و همچنین بررسی فعالیت ضد باکتریایی فیلترهای آب پوشش داده شده با این نانوذرات در حذف باکتریهای یادشده بود. خاصیت ضد باکتریایی نانوذرات روی، 5 و100 نانومتری در غلظتهای 5/12 ،0/25 ،0/50 و0/100 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بهروش انتشار چاهک بررسی شد. حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی و حداقل غلظت کشندگی این نانوذرات نیز بهروش براث دایلوشن تعیین شد. برای بررسی ویژگی تصفیهکنندگی نانوذرات اکسید روی، این ذرات بهروش رسوبی بر روی فیلترهای پلیپروپیلنی پوشش داده شدند. فیلتراسیون آب آلوده با تعداد استاندارد از باکتریهای مورد آزمایش انجام شد. بیشترین هاله عدم رشد نانوذرات اکسید روی 5 نانومتری بر علیه اشرشیاکلی و انتروکوکوسفکالیس در غلظت 0/100 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر بهترتیب 73/1±00/14 و 52/1±67/11 بهدست آمد. حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی نانوذرات اکسیدروی نیز 0/25 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر بهدست آمد. آزمونهای آماری، رابطه بین غلظت نانوذرات و اثرات ضد باکتریایی آنها را معنیدار نشان دادند (001/0>P). فیلتر پلیپروپیلنی پوشش داده شده با نانوذرات اکسیدروی 5 نانومتری، در جلوگیری از رشد و حذف اشرشیاکلی مؤثر بود.

ارزیابی کارکرد تصفیهخانههای فاضلاب در پنج شهر استان آذربایجان غربی
در این پژوهش، کارایی تصفیهخانههای فاضلاب ارومیه، خوی، میاندوآب، سلماس و بوکان در سالهای 1387 تا 1390، بر پایه رویکرد قابلیت اطمینان ارزیابی شد. این رویکرد، بازدهی کلی تصفیهخانه و فرایندهای آن را پیشبینی مینماید و غربالگری فناوریهای تصفیه را امکانپذیر میسازد. اطلاعات BOD5 ، COD و TSS از طریق سوابق ثبت شده در شرکت آب و فاضلاب آذربایجان غربی، بررسی محلی و مصاحبه بااپراتورها جمعآوری شد. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS انجام شد.برای تعیین قابلیت اطمینان مشاهدهای، قابلیت اطمینان ارزیابی شده، ضریب اطمینانپذیری و درصدهای مورد انتظار مطابقت با استانداردهای تخلیه، از روش معتبر مدلسازی نیکو و همکاران استفاده شد. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان داد که خصوصیات پساب خروجی تصفیهخانهها از نظر پارامترهای بررسی شده، عمدتاً از توزیع لگاریتمی نرمال تبعیت میکنند. در تمام تصفیهخانههای مورد بررسی، قابلیت اطمینان مشاهدهای و قابلیت اطمینان ارزیابی شده و درصدهای مورد انتظار مطابقت با استانداردهای تخلیه، رابطه معنیداری با هم داشتند. فرایندهای SBR و بیولاک نسبت به لاگونهای هوادهی دارای بیشترین مقدار قابلیت اطمینان مشاهدهای (90 تا 100 درصد)،قابلیت اطمینان ارزیابی (93 تا 100 درصد)، درصد مورد انتظار برآورد استاندارد (95 تا 97/99) و کمترین مقدار COR (41/0 تا 64/0) بودند. بنابراین ضرایب بهدست آمده در این بررسی را میتوان برای طرحهای توسعه و احداث سیستمهای مشابه بهکار برد.

جذب زیستی یون سرب توسط سودوموناس جدا شده از پسابهای آلوده نفتی خوزستان
جذبزیستییکیازفناوریهایمؤثردرحذففلزاتسنگین است. هدف از این پژوهش، جداسازی سودوموناس مقاوم و تعیین شرایط بهینه رشد آن، تعیین حداقل غلظت بازدارنده و بررسی حذف زیستی سویه بود. برای انجام پژوهش، 5 نمونه از پسابهای نفتی مناطق خوزستان در شرایط سترون جمعآوری شد و به آزمایشگاه منتقل شد. نمونههای همگن رقیقشده پساب، بر روی محیط لوریا برتانی آگار دارای ppm 5 لید نیترات کشت داده شدند و پس از گذشت 24 ساعت در دمای 37 درجه سلسیوس، پرگنه سویههای مقاوم برای غربالگری روی محیط مکانکی آگار کشت داده شد. این باکتریها با آزمونهای بیوشیمیایی شناسایی شدند. در مجموع 24 سویه سودوموناس جدا شد که 10 سویه مقاوم به سرب بود. حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی رشد، برای غربالگری و جداسازی سویههای مقاوم از 100 تا ppm 2100 انجام شد. سپس پلیتها در دمای 37 درجه بهمدت 24 ساعت نگهداری شدند و در این بین، سویه Mso1 برای آزمایشهای فراتر انتخاب شد. آزمایش تعیین حساسیت آنتیبیوتیکی نشان داد که سویه مربوطه نسبت به کلرامفنیکل بهمیزان 30 میکروگرم و اریترومایسین بهمیزان 15 میکروگرم مقاوم است. رشد بهینه باکتری در حضور سرب در دمای 40 درجه سلسیوس، سرعت تکان rpm 100 و pH برابر با 6، با روش اسپکتروفتومتری در600 نانومتر تعیین شد. در این مطالعه سویه Mso1ظرف مدت 24 ساعت، 45/38 درصد سرب را از محیط حذف کرد. این پژوهش، اهمیت استفاده از گونههای سودوموناس را در اصلاح زیستی پساب آلوده به سرب آشکار میکند.

تعیین ضرایب سینتیکی در فرایند تصفیه بیهوازی در فاضلاب کارخانجات نیشکر
فرایند استخراج شکر از نیشکر، دارای حجم بالای پساب با مقادیر زیادی از مواد آلی و اکسیژن مورد نیاز بیوشیمیایی است که دفع آنها به رودخانهها و محیط زیست موجب آلودگی و بهخطر افتادن حیات آبزیان میشود. این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی و تعیین ضرایب سینتیکی سیستم تصفیه بیهوازی تصفیهخانه فاضلاب کشت و صنعت نیشکر امام خمینی (ره) شوشتردر سال 1391 انجام شد. پارامترهای BOD5، COD و TSS در فاضلاب ورودی و خروجی راکتور اندازهگیری و با تعیین پارامترهای طراحی و بهرهبرداری سیستم، ضرایب سینتیکی Kd، KS، Kmax، Y و maxµ با استفاده از معادلات اصلاح شده مونود محاسبه شد. در این مطالعه kd، Y، ks، µmax و kmax برای کاربرد فرایند UASB در تصفیه فاضلاب کارخانجات نیشکر بهترتیب 4/506 میلیگرم در لیتر,g vss/g COD053/0,d-1 086/0, d-10049/0 و d-1 055/0 بهدست آمد. از ضرایب سینتیکی بهدست آمده در این پژوهش میتوان در راهبری، و نیز تهیه مبانی طراحی تصفیهخانههای صنایع نیشکر مشابه با این صنعت بهویژه در مناطق گرمسیری استفاده کرد.

ارزیابی روشهای اکولوژیکی- هیدرولیکی- هیدرولوژیکی در برآورد جریان محیط زیستی رودخانه
برآورد نیاز جریان محیط زیستی در اکوسیستمهای رودخانهای در ایران کار جدیدی است. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش، ارزیابی جریان محیط زیستی به روشهای مختلف در یک رودخانه شاخص، با جریان دائمی بود. در این بررسی، نیاز اکولوژیکی رودخانه مشترک مرزی زاب در شمال غرب ایران در سه بازه مختلف، در طول 160 کیلومتر با روش هیدرولیکی محیط خیس شده با دو الگوریتم شیب منحنی و حداکثر انحنا، همچنین با روش ترکیبی شبیهساز زیستگاه و نیز روش کنترل کیفیت آب، برآورد شد. نتایج برآورد به روشهای اکو- هیدرولیکی با نتایج شبیه روشهای اکو- هیدرولوژیکی مقایسه شد. نتایج ارزیابی نشان داد که روش اکو- هیدرولوژیکی شامل "انتقال منحنی تداوم جریان در کلاس زیستی B (حفاظت پایدار تنوع زیستی با وجود طرحهای توسعه منابع آب)، برای بازه بالادست (درابکایخانه)، گزینه مناسبی است. در این گزینه زرده ماهی بهعنوان گونه شاخص زیستی انتخاب شد. درحالیکه روش ترکیبی اکو- هیدرولیکی برای دو بازه میانی و پاییندست (گرژال و پل سردشت)، مناسبتر هستند. بر این اساس، دبی جریان متوسط محیط زیستی در سه بازه بالا بهترتیب 3/2، 6/7 و 9/7 مترمکعب بر ثانیه بهدست آمد. توزیع ماهانه جریان محیط زیستی در هر یک از سه بازه نیز تعیین و پیشنهاد شد.

مدیریت پیامدهای حملات شیمیایی به شبکههای توزیع آب شهری با استفاده از الگوریتم بهینهسازی جامعه مورچهها
یکی از مهمترین خطرات تهدید کننده شبکههای آب شهری، حملات عمدی بهمنظور آلوده کردن آب شبکه با آلایندههای شیمیایی است. تصمیمات و اقداماتی که بعد از تشخیص آلودگی در شبکههای توزیع آب شهری انجام میپذیرد، معمولاً تحت شرایط پیچیدهای است و باید سعی شود که بهترین تدابیر برای حفظ سلامت عموم صورت پذیرد. این راهکارها میتواند شامل اعلام خطر عمومی، ایزوله کردن ناحیه آلوده شده توسط شیرهای موجود در شبکه بهمنظور جلوگیری از گسترش آن، تخلیه آب از شیرهای آتشنشانی موجود در شبکه و همچنین استفاده از پمپها باشد. در این تحقیق، مدیریت پیامدهای ناشی از حملات شیمیایی، با بهرهگیری از راهکارهای ذکر شده و با در نظر گرفتن دو هدف اصلی کمینه کردن تعداد گرههای آلوده و یک هدف جدید با عنوان کمینه کردن زمان بازگشت شبکه به حالت عادی" در کنار کمینه کردن تعداد عملیات واکنشی بررسی شد. این مسئله با استفاده از الگوریتم جامعه مورچهها برای اولین بار بهصورت تک هدفه و دو هدفه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. یکی از نتایج مهم این تحقیق، نقش اساسی استفاده از پمپها در مدیریت پیامدهای ناشی از این گونه حملات است.

عملکرد فرایندهای میکروفیلتراسیون و اولترافیلتراسیون در استفاده مجدد از آب شستشوی معکوس فیلترهای شنی تصفیهخانههای آب شهری
هدفازاینپژوهش،بهکارگیریفرایندهایغشایی میکروفیلتراسیون و اولترافیلتراسیون بهمنظوربهبود کیفیت فیزیکی و میکربی و استفاده مجدد از پساب شستشوی فیلترهای شنی تصفیهخانههای آب بود. پساب شستشوی معکوس فیلترها 3 تا 5 درصد کل آب تصفیه شده را تشکیل میدهدکه در اکثر تصفیهخانهها این پساب دفع میشود. اما با توجه به بحران آب ،تصفیه و برگشت آن به ابتدای تصفیهخانه از نظر فنی و اقتصادی مناسبتر است.دراینپژوهشدرمقیاسپایلوتاز مدولهایغشاییمیکروفیلترواولترافیلتراستفادهشد. پس از نمونهبرداری از پساب، بر اساس دستورالعملهای کتاب روشهای استاندارد، درصد حذف پارامترهای مورد نظر نسبت به زمان، در سه فرایند میکرو فیلتراسیون، اولترافیلتراسیون و فرایند ترکیبی میکروفیلتراسیون و اولترافیلتراسیون بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که ترکیب میکروفیلتر و اولترافیلتراسیون قادر است پارامترهای کدورت، MPN،COD،TSS و آهن را بهترتیب برابر 9/99 ،100 ، 5/61 ، 9/99 و 8/98 درصد کاهش دهد. در مجموع قابلیتهای فنی این روش برای بازیابی پساب حاصل از شستشوی معکوس فیلترهای شنی تصفیهخانههای آب شهری تأیید شد.

بررسی میزان نشت آنتیموان از بطریهای PET به داخل آب معدنی های استان فارس
پلیاتیلن ترفتالات رایجترین ماده مورد استفاده در ساخت بطریهای نگهدارنده آب معدنی است. تریاکسید آنتیموان مصرف شده برای شکلگیری ظروف PET، ممکن است آب را با مواد تشکیل دهنده خود آلوده نماید. در این پژوهش، تأثیر زمان نگهداری (1تا 8 هفته)، دمای نگهداری (20- تا80 درجه سلسیوس)، pH (3/6 تا 3/8)، نور خورشید و اشعه UV بر میزان نشت آنتیموان از بطریهایPET به داخل 15 نوع آب معدنی موجود در استان فارس، با استفاده از دستگاه اسپکترومتر جذب اتمی با کوره گرافیتی بررسی شد. میزان آنتیموان در هفته اول و دوم در همه نمونهها پایینتر از حداکثر تراز آلودگی استاندارد ایران (ppb 5) بود ولی در هفته چهارم در یک نمونه (نمونه A) و در هفته هشتم در 3 نمونه ( نمونههای A،F وJ با غلظتهای بهترتیب 48/5، 08/5 و 06/5 میکروگرم در لیتر) از حداکثر تراز آلودگی بیشتر شد. نور خورشید، اشعه UV، تغییر pH آب معدنی و نگهداری در دماهای 20-، 60 و 80 درجه سلسیوس باعث شد میزان آنتیموان به بالاتر از حداکثر تراز آلودگی برسد. بنابراین قرار دادن بطریهای آب معدنی در شرایط نامناسب محیطی باعث نشت آنتیموان به داخل آب شده و تهدیدی برای سلامتی مصرفکنندگان است.

بررسی اثر استفاده از روش ازنزنی برای حذف سم بوتاکلر از آب، مطالعه موردی: آبهای زیرزمینی استان گیلان
در منابع آبی استان گیلان، مقدار زیادی از علفکشها (بوتاکلر) بهدلیل استفاده بیرویه از کودهای شیمیایی برای افزایش محصول در مزارع برنج وارد آب میشود. در این پژوهش اثرات ازنزنی برای حذف سم بوتاکلر باقیمانده از آب بررسی شد. نمونهها در طی چهار فصل از 20 چاه منتخب جمعآوری شد و پس از تثبیت پارامترهای فیزیکوشیمیایی با استفاده از سیستم استخراج مایع و کروماتوگرافی گازی آنالیز شدند. اندازهگیریهای کمّی با روش افزایش استاندارد انجام شد و برای بررسی روشهای حذف از دستگاه مولد ازن استفاده شد. برای بررسیهای آماری نیز از نرمافزار SPSS بهره گرفته شد. مطابقنتایجبهدستآمده،غلظتباقیماندهبوتاکلر درنمونههایآنالیزشدهبالاترازحد استانداردهایجهانیبهدستنیامد. دربررسیروش حذف، تأثیر پارامترهایدما،سختیوpH مطالعهشد و مشخص شد که در آبهایی باpH قلیایی و دمای بالا، راندمان حذف بوتاکلر بهروش ازنزنی افزایش مییابد و این در حالی است که با افزایش سختی، این راندمان کاهش مییابد. همچنین در بررسی حاضر از مدل سینتیکی شبه نوع اول، برای بررسی نرخ تماس ازن با بوتاکلر استفاده شد و با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده مشخص شد که حاصلضرب غلظت ازن در مدت زمان تماس، با لگاریتم میزان بوتاکلر رابطه خطی و غیرمستقیم دارد.

کارایی پوسته غلاف گیاه آکاسیاتورتیلیس بهعنوان جاذب ارزان قیمت و قابل دسترس در حذف فنل
امروزه وجود ترکیبات مقاوم سمی از جمله فنل در محیط زیست مشکلات بهداشتی و محیط زیستی فراوانی ایجاد کردهاند. در این پژوهش کارایی پوسته غلاف گیاه آکاسیاتورتیلیس بهعنوان جاذب ارزان قیمت و قابل دسترس در حذف فنل بررسی شد. این پژوهش تجربی در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی در یک سیستم ناپیوسته انجام پذیرفت. در این راستا اثر متغیرهای مهم بهرهبرداری از قبیل غلظت اولیه فنل 5/0، 1، 2، 4، 8، 16، 32 و 64 میلیگرم در لیتر، دز جاذب 1/0، 2/0، 4/0، 8/0 و 6/1 گرم در لیتر در اندازههای مشخص شده مش بین 30 تا ۶۰ و ۶0 تا ۱۰۰ ، pH با مقادیر 2، 4، 6، 8، 10، 12 و زمان تماس 10،20، 30، 40، 50 ،60 دقیقه بررسی شد. همچنین ایزوترمهای جذب فروندلیچ و لانگمیر بهمنظور تشریح ارتباط بین میزان محلول رنگی و جاذب تعیین شد. نتایج آزمایشها نشان داد مؤثرترین ظرفیت جذب فنل در pH بهینه 2، دز جاذب بهینه 2/0 گرم در لیتر با مش 60 تا 100 و زمان تماس 10 دقیقه بهدست آمد که بالای 95 درصد بود. با افزایش غلظت فنل، کارایی حذف نیز افزایش یافت؛ اما این سرعت حذف در غلظتهای بالا کمتر بود. همچنین فرایند جذب با مدل فروندلیچ انطباق بیشتری داشت. بر اساس یافتههای حاصل از مطالعه حاضر، نتیجهگیری میشود که پوسته غلاف گیاه آکاسیاتورتیلیس با توجه به کارایی بالا، میتواند بهعنوان جاذب طبیعی مؤثر، کارآمد و در عین حال ارزان قیمت در حذف فنل از محلولهای آبی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
