ارائه الگوریتم جدید G-JPSO و توسعه آن در کنترل بهینه پمپها در شبکه توزیع آب
اخیراً از روشهای فراکاوشی بهعنوان ابزاری کارآمد برای حل مسائل پیچیده مهندسی استفاده زیادی شده است. یکی از این روشها الگوریتم JPSO است. در این پژوهش با اعمال تغییراتی ابتکاری در ماهیت پرش این الگوریتم، امکان حل مسائل مبتنی بر ساخت گراف در آن فراهم شد و الگوریتم جدیدی به نامG-JPSO ارائه شد. در این پژوهش کاربرد الگوریتم جدید توسعه داده شده در حل تابع فلتچر-پاول و مسئله کنترل بهینه پمپها در شبکه توزیع آب مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. کنترل بهینه پمپها شامل برنامه زمانی مناسب بهرهبرداری از قبیل تعیین وضعیت روشن و خاموشی هر یک از پمپها در بازه زمانی مورد نظر بود، به نحوی که علاوه بر کاهش هزینه برق مصرفی نیاز گرههای مصرف و محدودیتهای مسئله شامل حداقل فشار مورد نیاز در هر گره، حداقل و حداکثر ارتفاع مخازن و غیره مرتفع شود. در این پژوهش محدودیت دیگری شامل حداکثر تعداد روشن و خاموش کردن هر پمپ نیز به تابع هدف اعمال شد. برای تعیین برنامه بهرهبرداری بهینه پمپها یک مدل بهینهسازی-شبیهسازی مبتنی بر الگوریتم بهینهسازی G-JPSO و JPSO تهیه شد. از مدل پیشنهادی برای تعیین برنامه بهینه بهرهبرداری شبکه توزیع ون زیل استفاده شد. مقایسه نتایج این الگوریتم در مسائل پیشنهادی با نتایج الگوریتمهای جامعه مورچگان، ژنتیک و JPSO نشاندهنده توانایی بالای الگوریتم ارائه شده در پیدا کردن جوابهایی نزدیک به جواب بهینه با صرف هزینه محاسباتی مناسب است.

شبیهسازی عددی سه بعدی الگوی جریان در حوضچه ترسیب اولیه با استفاده از مدل عددی SSIIM2
حوضچههای پیش تهنشینی از اجزاء مهم و اصلی در فرایند تصفیه آب به شیوه متعارف بهشمار میروند. به دلیل هزینه بسیار زیاد ساخت این حوضچهها که در حدود 30 درصد کل هزینه تصفیهخانههای آب را به خود اختصاص میدهد، مدلسازی و عملکرد بهینه حوضچههای ترسیب بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در حوضچههای تهنشینی و رسوبگذار به دلیل وجود گرادیانهای سرعت متفاوت، نواحی مختلفی از جریان از جمله جریانات چرخشی بهوجود میآید. این پدیده باعث ایجاد اتصال کوتاه، افزایش نواحی مرده و تغییرات در میزان اختلاط میشود که ممانعت از ایجاد بستری آرام جهت رسوبگذاری نموده و بازده حوضچه را نیز کاهش میدهند. لذا همواره سعی میشود فضاهای مرده کاهش داده شود. اولین گام برای بهینهسازی حوضچههای پیش تهنشینی، محاسبه صحیح میدان سرعت و حجم نواحی چرخشی است. در این مقاله با بهکارگیری نرم افزار SSIIM ، حوضچه ساده و بافل دار کالسروحه با مدل آشفتگی ε k- استاندارد مدلسازی شده و نتایج آن با نتایج آزمایشگاهی مقایسه شد.

جذب سطحی سولفات بر روی نانوذرات آهن بر بستر اکسید گرافن و کربن فعال
این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آزمایشگاهی حذف یون سولفات با استفاده از کامپوزیت نانوذرات آهن بر بستر اکسیدگرافن و کامپوزیت نانوذرات آهن بر بستر کربن فعال انجام شد. در این تحقیق سنتز اکسید گرافن توسط روش هامر انجام شد. در حین سنتز نانوذرات آهن، اکسید گرافن و کربن فعال بهعنوان بستر به آن اضافه شد. اثر پارامترهای مختلف شامل مقدار گرم جاذب، pH و زمان تماس بر روی میزان جذب بررسی شد. همچنین مطالعات سینتیکی بر روی دادهها انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصد جذب توسط 06/0گرم جاذب در pH برابر 11 و بعد از 9 ساعت تماس محلول با جاذب برای نانوکامپوزیت آهن بر پایه اکسید گرافن و کربن فعال بهترتیب برابر با 84 درصد و 62 درصد بود. همچنین مشاهده شد که دادههای آزمایشگاهی ظرفیت جذب بر حسب زمان متناسب با مدل سینتیکی شبه مرتبه دوم است. با ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ نتایج ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، هر دو جاذب سنتز شده بهعنوان جاذبهای سازگار با محیط زیست، توانایی ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ در حذف سولفات داشتند.

مطالعه جذب سطحی حذف رنگزای مالاخیت سبز با استفاده از گاما آلومینای عاملدار شده
در این مقاله، گاما آلومینای عاملدار شده برای حذف رنگزای کاتیونی مالاخیت سبز از محلولهای آبی به روش جذب سطحی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ابتدا خصوصیات ذرات عاملدار شده با FT-IR، SEM، XRD و EDAX شناسایی شد. سپس اثر پارامترهای مختلف از جمله غلظت اولیه رنگزا، زمان تماس، pH آغازین، دز جاذب و دما بر روی حذف رنگزای مالاخیت سبز مطالعه شد. pH نقطه صفر بار جاذب نیز تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که فرایند جذب سطحی در 60 دقیقه به تعادل میرسد و مقدار حذف رنگزا با افزایش دز جاذب و pH افزایش مییابد. مطابق نتایج 1/0 گرم از گاما آلومینای عاملدار شده قادر به حذف 69/91 درصد از رنگزای مالاخیت سبز در غلظت اولیه 50 میلیگرم در لیتر و در pH برابر 10 است. مطالعه ایزوترم و سینتیک جذب سطحی نشان داد که جذب سطحی رنگزای مالاخیت سبز بر روی گاما آلومینای عاملدار به خوبی از مدل ایزوترم تمکین و سینتیک شبه مرتبه دوم پیروی میکند.

کارایی نانوذرات فوتوکاتالیست تثبیت شده بر روی میکروگلولههای شیشهای در حذف سیانید با نور خورشید
در این مقاله، تخریب نوری سیانید با استفاده از فوتوکاتالیست S, N-TiO2 سنتزی بهوسیله روش سل- ژل تثبیت شده بر روی میکروگلولههای شیشهای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تیواوره بهعنوان منبع نیتروژن و گوگرد و تترابوتیل اورتوتیتانات از ترکیبات اصلی سنتز فوتوکاتالیست بودند. اثر مقدار تیواوره، نور مرئی (لامپ 400 وات) و خورشید، زمان تابش و مقدار متفاوت اولیه سیانید (50، 100، 200 و ppm 300) روی تخریب نوری سیانید مطالعه شد. بهمنظور اندازهگیری غلظت سیانید از روش تیتراسیون استفاده شد. خصوصیات فیلم فوتوکاتالیست سنتزی بهوسیله پراش پرتوی ایکس، اسپکتروسکوپی مرئی- فرابنفش انعکاسی، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و طیفسنجی پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس تعیین شد. الگوی XRD و تصاویر SEM، اندازه نانومتری فوتوکاتالیست سنتزی را تأیید کردند. آنالیز EDX و DRS نیز بهترتیب حضور S و N و فعالیت نوری فوتوکاتالیست در ناحیه مرئی را نشان دادند. سیانید با غلظت ppm50، در حضور فیلم S, N-TiO2 با 25 گرم تیواوره، بالای 94 درصد در نور مرئی و در حدود 100 درصد در نور خورشید، در مدت زمان 4 ساعت تخریب شد. فوتوکاتالیست S, N-TiO2 تثبیت شده بر روی میکروگلولههای شیشهای میتوانند بهصورت مؤثری بهعنوان یک روش جدید برای تصفیه پساب صنایع حاوی سیانید، تحت نور خورشید بهکار رود.

قابلیت سیستم SBAR در حذف متیل ترشیاری بوتیل اتر: مشخصات بیوگرانولها
افزایش مصرف MTBE بهعنوان جانشین تترا اتیل سرب و آثار سوء آن بر محیط زیست، تصفیه فاضلاب حاوی آن را ضروری مینماید. با وجود کاربرد روشهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی برای حذف MTBE، به دلایلی ازجمله هزینهبر بودن، تولید محصولات جانبی و راندمان کم، روش بیولوژیکی میتواند جایگزین مناسبی باشد. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی قابلیت سیستم SBAR و بیوگرانولهای هوازی در حذف ترکیب MTBE بود. فاضلاب بهکار رفته سنتزی و شامل مواد مورد نیاز میکروارگانیسمها بود. pH در محدوده 7 تا 8 و DO بین 2 تا 5 میلیگرم در لیتر تنظیم شد. برای بررسی مشخصات گرانولهای تولید شده از TEM استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل بیانگر حذف بالغ بر 90 درصد COD اولیه 500 میلیگرم در لیتر پس از چهار ساعت بود که 28 و 5/1 درصد آن بهترتیب مربوط به نقش مکانیسم عریانسازی و جذب سطحی بود. گرانولهای تشکیل شده رنگ قهوهای، اندازه 2تا 6میلیمتر، متوسط سرعت سقوط 65/0 سانتیمتر بر ثانیه و دانسیته 055/0 گرم در میلیلیتر داشتند که بالاتر از فلوکها بوده و درنتیجه فرایند تهنشینی در راکتور بهبود یافت. طبق نتایج حاصل از TEM،گونههای سیلیاته و روتیفر جمعیت غالب در گرانولها را تشکیل میدادند.

جداسازی و شناسایی باکتریهای مقاوم به سرب و کادمیم و حذف این فلزات از پساب شهری
فلزات سنگین در بیشتر نقاط دنیا در فرمهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی گوناگون و در غلظتهای متفاوت بهعنوان آلاینده محیط زیست، از طریق تخلیه پسابهای متعدد ازجمله پسابهای شهری و صنعتی، وارد محیط میشوند. امروزه استفاده از روشهای بیولوژیکی در تصفیه و حذف فلزات سنگین از پسابها مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفته است. به این منظور در مطالعه حاضر باکتریهایی با مقاومت نسبی به فلزات سنگین کادمیم و سرب از پساب شهری جدا و خالص سازی شدند. باکتریهای خالصسازی شده با استفاده از آزمونهای بیوشیمیایی شناسایی و میزان حداقل غلظت بازدارنده آنها تعیین شد. حداقل غلظت بازدارنده باکتریها در غلظتهای 25، 50، 75،100، 150 ، 300، 500 و 750 میلیگرم در لیتر سرب و کادمیم بهدست آمد. سپس توانایی باکتریهای برتر با جمعیت CFU/ml 108 بهمنظور حذف سرب و کادمیم از پساب شهری غنی شده با غلظتهای 50، 100، 150 و 300 میلیگرم در لیتر سرب و کادمیم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. باکتریهای باسیلوس لاتروسپروس و یرسینیا سودوتوبرکولوسیس بهعنوان باکتریهای مقاوم از پساب شهری جداسازی و شناسایی شدند. حداقل غلظت بازدارنده سرب و کادمیم توسط باسیلوس لاتروسپروس و یرسینیا سودوتوبرکولوسیس به ترتیب 300 و 500 میلیگرم در لیتر و همچنین حداکثر درصد حذف فلز سرب از پساب غنی شده با 100 میلیگرم در لیتر سرب توسط باکتریهای باسیلوس لاتروسپروس و یرسینیا سودوتوبرکولوسیس به ترتیب 0 6/50 و 7/45 درصد و در مورد کادمیم 18/36 و 41/21 درصد در پساب غنی شده با 100 میلیگرم در لیتر سرب و 150 میلیگرم در لیتر کادمیم بهدست آمد.

مشخصهیابی فیزیکی و شیمیایی رسوب چربی و روغن موجود در خطوط فاضلاب شهر مشهد و راههای جلوگیری از آن
رسوبهای ناشی از روغن، چربی و گریس در خطوط فاضلاب باعث سرریز فاضلاب، آسیب به محیط زیست و خطرات بهداشتی میشود. آنالیز دو نمونه رسوب جمعآوری شده از شبکه فاضلاب خیابان امام رضا (ع) در شهر مشهد، نشان داد که واکنشهای شیمیایی روغنهای خوراکی در خطوط فاضلاب، منجر به تشکیل صابون غیر محلول و ایجاد رسوب در خطوط فاضلاب میشود. این رسوبها بهدلیل چسبندگی زیاد به مرور زمان درون لوله جمع و موجب انسداد آن میشود. رطوبت این نمونهها 50 و 62 درصد است که نشان میدهد آب نقش اساسی در تشکیل آنها ندارد. مقدار اسید چرب اشباع نمونهها 78/61 و 35/84 درصد و اسید چرب اشباع غالب، اسید پالمیتیک است. کلسیم مهمترین فلز حاضر در این نمونهها است که هم از راه سختی آب و هم خوردگی لولههای فاضلاب ایجاد میشود. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده و منشأ ایجاد این رسوبها، راهحلهایی برای جلوگیری از ایجاد رسوب و انسداد خطوط فاضلاب بر اساس دستورالعمل مدیریت روغن و چربی با در نظرگرفتن شرایط محیطی و فرهنگی منطقه پیشنهاد شده است. این پیشنهادها در حال بررسی و ابلاغ برای اجرا است.

کارایی راکتورهای کرمی در کاهش حجم لجن تولیدی در سیستمهای لجن فعال
از فرایند لجن فعال برای تصفیه بیولوژیکی فاضلابهای شهری و پسابهای صنعتیبهطور گستردهای در جهان استفاده میشود. یکی از مشکلات این فرایند، تولید بیش از اندازه لجن است. با توجه به قوانین سختگیرانه محیطی در مورد دفع لجن مازاد، هزینه تصفیه و دفع لجن حدود 60 درصد از هزینههای بهرهبرداری تصفیهخانهها را شامل میشود. از این رو طی سالهای اخیر کمینهسازی تولید لجن در تصفیه بیولوژیکی فاضلاب مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. روشهای متعدد فیزیکی، شیمیایی و مکانیکی برای بهبود کاهش لجن ارائه شده است. این روشها در اغلب موارد نیاز به سرمایهگذاری بالا و هزینههای بالای بهرهبرداری دارند. فناوری استفاده از راکتورهای کرمی بسیاری از محدودیتهای این روشها را ندارد. در این مقاله ویژگیهای این روش و پژوهشهای انجام شده در این زمینه بهصورت مروری مورد توجه قرار گرفت.

بررسی میزان آرسنیک موجود در منابع آبی روستاهای شهرریوش و مقایسه با استانداردهای موجود با استفاده ازGIS
آرسنیک یکی ازخطرناکترین عناصر موجود در آب آشامیدنی است. مصرف آب آلوده به آرسنیک باعث بروز انواع بیماریهای مختلف از جمله سرطانها میشود. این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی غلظت آرسنیک در منابع آب روستایی شهر ریوش کاشمر انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه توصیفی–تحلیلی مقطعی، 60 نمونه از 10 منبع آب شرب زیرزمینی شهر ریوش در طی ماههای اردیبهشت تا مرداد 1392 جمعآوری شد. نمونهبرداری و محافظت نمونهها مطابق با استاندارد متد انجام گرفت و توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی به روش VGA اندازهگیری شد. بهمنظور سنجش وجود ارتباط بین غلظت آرسنیک در آب و عواملی همچونpH، کلر باقیمانده، EC،TDS ، شوری و دما این عوامل نیز اندازهگیری شد و میزان آرسنیک با استانداردهای ملی و بین المللی مقایسه شد. میانگین غلظت آرسنیک در ایستگاههای A،B،C،D،E،F،G،H،I،J بهترتیب03/1±53/1،07/1±30/1، 83/3±55/10، 01/5±21/11، 68/3±57/10، 73/0±34/2، 58/0±22/3، 57/3±89/9، 07/5±48/10، 53/0±23/2 میکروگرم در لیتر بود. غلظت آرسنیک در پنج ایستگاه بیشتر از رهنمودهای WHO بود ولی در سایر ایستگاهها بیش از استاندارد ملی نبود. میزان آرسنیک نسبت به استاندارد ملی دارای تفاوت معنیدار (001/0>P)، ولی نسبت به استاندارد بینالمللی تنها 50 درصد ایستگاهها دارای تفاوت معنیدار (001/0>P) بودند. همچنین ارتباط معنیداری بین غلظت آرسنیک و TDS, EC، دما، شوری و کلر باقیمانده بهجز pH وجود نداشت. برنامهریزی برای جایگزینی آب آشامیدنی سالم با منابع موجود در مناطقی که میزان آرسنیک بیش از استاندارد بینالمللی است و همچنین برای کنترل مداوم منابع آبی ضروری است.
