تجزیه فتوکاتالیستی الکیل بنزن سولفانات خطی از محیط آبی با استفاده از نانو ذرات TiO2
دترجنتهای آنیونی مواد شیمیایی آلی هستند که بهمقدار زیاد در ترکیبات شوینده و پاککننده کاربرد دارند. از میان آنها الکیل بنزن سولفانات خطی بهدلیل خواص پاککنندگی بالا بیشترین مصرف را دارند. LAS میتواند برای ارگانیسمهای آبزی از جمله باکتریها، جلبکها، دافنیا و ماهیها سمّی باشد و میتواند تجمع زیستی داشته باشد و در کل اکوسیستم پخش شود. بنابراین باید نسبت به حذف آن و جلوگیری از آلودگی آبهای پذیرنده اقدام نمود. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی امکان تجزیه فتوکاتالیزوری LAS با استفاده از نانو ذرات TiO2 و تبدیل آن به مواد پایدار و غیرسمّی از جمله آب و دیاکسیدکربن در یک راکتور دوغابی بود. در این تحقیق غلظت 10 میلیگرم در لیتر از LAS در مراحل جداگانه تحت تأثیر UV و TiO2 و ترکیبی از دو مورد بالا انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق همچنین اثر غلظت اولیه LAS ، بارTiO2 ، pH و دزهای مختلف UV در میزان تجزیه فتوکاتالیستی LAS مورد تحقیق و بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بالاترین راندمان حذف LAS با غلظت 10 میلیگرم در لیتر در pH اسیدی، میزان 50 میلیگرم در لیتر TiO2، زمان 30 دقیقه و تابش UV در حدود 99/5 درصد است. همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل سینتیک نشان داد که تجزیه فتوکاتالیستی LAS میتواند بهوسیله مدل درجه یک تخمین زده شود. بهمنظور ارزیابی میزان معدنیسازی LAS ، COD اولیه و نهایی محلولی که مورد تابش قرار گرفته بود اندازهگیری شد. این روش برای غلظتهای پایین LAS مناسب است و برای غلظتهای بالا زیاد کارآمد نیست.

سنتز نانو ذرات کیتوسان و کاربرد آن در جذب یونهای فلزی سرب از محلولهای آبی
استفاده از بیوپلیمرها بهدلیل تجزیهپذیری زیستی و کم هزینه بودن، برای حذف فلزات سنگین از آب و فاضلاب مورد توجه واقع شده است. کیتوسان، پلیمری آبدوست و کاتیونی است که از حذف گروههای استیل کیتین در محیط بازی بهدست میآید و بهعنوان یک جاذب معروف بهطور گسترده برای حذف فلزات سنگین بهکار میرود. در مطالعه حاضر میزان حذف یونهای فلزی سرب از محلولهای آبی توسط نانو ذرات کیتوسان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور نانو ذرات کیتوسان از اتصال عرضی کیتوسان با اسید مالئیک سنتز شدند. مشخصات جاذب سنتز شده با طیف سنجی مادون قرمز، میکروسکوپ الکترونی پیمایشی آنالیز گردید. اندازه نانو ذرات در محدوده 65 تا250 نانومتر تعیین شد. آزمایشهای جذب در سیستم ناپیوسته و در دمای اتاق برای بررسی اثر پارامترهایpH، غلظت اولیه فلز و مقدار جاذب بر فرایند جذب انجام شد. بهینهسازی جذب با pH اولیه محلول از 3 تا 6 ، غلظت اولیه یون فلزی از 10 تا 100 میلیگرم در لیتر و مقدار جاذب از 1 تا 7/5 گرم در لیتر بررسی گردید. تحت این شرایط بیشینه ظرفیت در جذب غلظت اولیه 100 میلیگرم در لیتر، pH برابر 6 و مقدار جاذب 2/5 گرم در لیتر بهدست آمد. حداکثر حذف مؤثر در غلظت 10 میلیگرم در لیتر سرب برابر 86 درصد به دست آمد. دادههای جذب سطحی با مدلهای همدمای لانگمیر و فروندلیچ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بیشینه مقدار جذب برای Pb(II) توسط مدل لانگمیر 25/8 میلیگرم بر گرم بهدست آمد.

بررسی خاصیت ضد باکتریایی ظروف انتقال آب، تهیه شده از نانو ذرات نقره کپسوله شده
استفاده از منابع آب سطحی بهعنوان یکی از منابع آب آشامیدنی در کشور و کاربرد سیستمهای کلرزنی بهعنوان متداولترین روش گندزدایی آب آشامیدنی، احتمال تولید محصولات جانبی ناشی از گندزدایی (DBPS) در آب تصفیه شده را افزایش میدهد. هزینه مورد نیاز بهمنظور حذف DBPSها محققان را بر آن داشته تا بهدنبال روشی برای حذف کلرزنی و نیاز به کلر باقیمانده باشند. استفاده از نانو ذرات فعلی نظیر نقره، مس و روی بهشکل پودر در تزریق پلیمر و تولید نانو کامپوزیت، یکی از بهترین کاندیداها است ولی مشکلات متعددی نظیر عدم توزیع یکنواخت نانو ذرات در ماتریس پلیمری، پخش ذرات در هوا (TLV)، رهایش نانو ذرات در سیستم و تجمع در بدن، بالا بودن میزان مصرف بهدلیل کاهش خواص پرکنندگی و افزایش قیمت تمام شده منجر به عدم گسترش این تکنولوژی شده است. استفاده از کپسولهای مواد بهدلیل رهایش صفر و میزان پرکنندگی بیشتر و قیمت پایین میتواند جایگزین خوب و مفیدی باشد. در این پژوهش غلظتهای مختلفی از میکروذرات AL2O3/SiO2 که نانو ذرات نقره بر روی آن قرارگرفته است، بهمنظور تولید ورق مورد استفاده قرارگرفت و آزمایشهای میکربی بر روی نمونه کامپوزیتهای تهیه شده بهروش استاندارد ۱۰۹۰۰ ملی ایران انجام گرفت. بر اساس میزان باکتری و زمان ماند، حداقل ذره مورد نیاز بهمنظور کند کردن روند رشد باکتریها، ۴ درصد وزنی تعیین گردید.

مقایسه تأثیر محلول کلوییدی نانونقره و بیوساید صنعتی E-265 بر تنفس و تشکیل بیوفیلم باکتریایی بهروش میکروتیترپلیت
نانوذرات نقره بهدلیل خواص ضد میکربی بینظیر و سمّیت کم نسبت به سلولهای پستانداران به یکی از رایجترین نانوذرات در محصولات مصرفی تبدیل گشتهاند. امروزه در زمینه تصفیه آب از نانوذرات بهمنظور تشخیص و حذف مواد بیولوژیکی و شیمیایی استفاده میشود. بنابراین بهدنبال استفاده روز افزون از نانوذرات، لازم است که مطالعات بیشتری در ارتباط با اثرات این ذرات صورت گیرد. در این تحقیق اثرات ضد باکتریایی و ضد بیوفیلم محلول کلوییدی نانونقره (میانگین اندازه 10± 40 نانومتر) بهروش میکروتیترپلیت بر رشد، تنفس سلولی و تشکیل بیوفیلم سویههای پاتوژن و ایزولههای جداسازی شده (A1 و A2) از سیستم خنک کننده پالایشگاه نفت اصفهان با بیوساید E-265 ، مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان دادند که غلظتهای مختلف بیوساید E-265 اثر ضد باکتریایی معنیداری بر رشد باکتریهای مورد مطالعه نداشت و حتی در غلظتهای ppm 20 و ppm 40 سبب افزایش صد درصدی تشکیل بیوفیلم در ایزوله A1 شد. همچنین مشخص شد که غلظتهای پایینی از نانونقره ppm) 2-1)، فعالیت ضد باکتریایی و ضد بیوفیلم بینظیری نشان میدهند و بنابراین میتوان آن را بهعنوان یک بیوساید مناسب بهمنظور استفاده در سیستمهای گردشی آب پیشنهاد نمود.

حذف نیترات از آبهای آلوده با استفاده از نانوذرات نی اصلاح شده
در این تحقیق نانو ذرات نی توسط محلولهای اپی کلروهیدرین، تریاتیل آمین، متانول و پیریدین اصلاح گردید. سپس نانو جاذب اصلاح شده بهمنظور حذف نیترات از آبهای آلوده با استفاده از آزمایشهای جذب ناپیوسته و پیوسته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در آزمایشهای ناپیوسته اثر عواملی مانند pH ، جرم جاذب و غلظت نیترات اولیه بر جذب نیترات بررسی گردید. نتایج آزمایشها نشان داد که با افزایش pH محلول از2 تا 10، راندمان حذف از 60 تا 86 درصد افزایش یافت و درpH برابر 6 به حداکثر مقدار خود رسید. زمان تعادل برابر2 ساعت بهدست آمد. با افزایش غلظت نیترات اولیه از 5 تا 120 میلیگرم در لیتر، راندمان جذب از 90 به 67 درصد کاهش یافت. با افزایش جرم جاذب از 0/1 تا 0/3 گرم، راندمان حذف از 54 تا 68 درصد افزایش یافت، اما با افزایش از 0/3 گرم تا 1 گرم، راندمان جذب ثابت ماند. فرایند جذب از مدل سینتیک مرتبه دوم (R2 برابر 1) تبعیت کرده و دادههای جذب با ایزوترم لانگمیر (R2 برابر 0/99) مطابقت بیشتری داشت. آزمایشهای پیوسته با استفاده از ستون با بستر ثابت (قطر داخلی 2/8 سانتیمتر و 35 سانتیمتر ارتفاع ستون) انجام گرفت. با استفاده از آب شبیهسازی شده با غلظتهای 15، 50 و 120 میلیگرم در لیتر برای دو دبی 0/98 و 2/27 لیتر در ساعت، ظرفیت ستون جذب (qed) بهترتیب برابر 13/36، 28/48 و 36/52 میلیگرم بر گرم و 25/21، 60/93 و 74/32 میلیگرم بر گرم بهدست آمد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که نانو جاذب نی اصلاح شده قابلیت بالایی در حذف یونهای نیترات از آبهای آلوده دارد.

استفاده از بیوراکتور بافلدار هیبریدی برای بهبود فرایند لجن فعال در تصفیه پساب نفتی
فرایند لجن فعال یکی از گستردهترین فرایندهای تصفیه بیولوژیکی پسابهای نفتی در پالایشگاههای کشور است. استفاده از این فرایند مشکلاتی مانند عدم تصفیه مناسب در غلظتهای بالای هیدروکربن، افزایش حجم لجن، تولید بالای لجن و ناپایداری در برابر شوک را بههمراه خواهد داشت. ایده اصلی این تحقیق استفاده همزمان از رشد چسبیده و معلق برای بهبود بخشیدن فرایند لجن فعال بود. به این منظور کارایی بیوراکتور بافلدار هیبریدی با حجم 34/5 لیتر در تصفیه مصنوعی پساب حاوی آلاینده نفتی با راکتور لجن فعال مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفت. حامل بستر ثابت سطح ویژه بالایی (m2/m3600) را برای رشد میکروارگانیسمهای چسبیده فراهم میکند. میزان تصفیهپذیری در زمانهای ماند،COD و غلظت و آلایندههای مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در شرایط بهینه برای بیوراکتور هیبریدی (دمای 27 درجه سلسیوس، pH برابر 7/5، DO برابر 4/1 میلیگرم در لیتر، نسبت واحد برای جریان برگشتی و COD/TPH برابر 2/5) متوسط درصد حذف آلاینده نفتی و COD بهترتیب به بیش از 92 و 83 درصد رسید که با مقایسه با شرایط یکسان در راکتور لجن فعال افزایش قابل توجهی را نشان داد، بنابراین فرایند مرسوم تصفیه پساب نفتی را میتوان با تغییر در شکل تانک هوادهی و استفاده از بیوفیلم بهبود بخشید.

عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش باکتریهای رشتهای و تأثیر آن در گرفتگی غشای MBR
بیش از 90 درصد تصفیهخانه فاضلاب شهرهای کشور از سیستم لجن فعال استفاده میکنند که در حال حاضر بهدلیل بار ورودی زیاد، کارایی مناسبی ندارند. بهمنظور ارتقای عملکرد این سیستمها و همچنین کاهش میزان لجن مازاد تولیدی، میتوان از یک سیستم UASB بهعنوان پیش تصفیه برای کاهش بار آلی ورودی به سیستم لجن فعال و برای افزایش کیفیت فاضلاب تصفیه شده خروجی بهجای استفاده از حوض تهنشینی از غشا (تبدیل لجن فعال به بیوراکتور غشایی) استفاده کرد. در این مطالعه اثر تغییر شرایط خوراک بهدلیل استفاده از راکتور UASB به تانک هوادهی در تغییر جمعیت و نوع ریزاندامها، تغییر مقدار باکتریهای رشتهای، COD و TS پساب خروجی و گرفتگی غشا در سیستم MBR مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان داد که در اثر تغییر قابل توجه ماهیت فاضلاب اولیه (ایجاد یون سولفید و استات) به ورودی سیستم MBR، جمعیت باکتریهای رشتهای از 5 به Count/µL 100 افزایش پیدا کرد. اگر چه این افزایش تأثیر چندانی بر روی گرفتگی غشا نشان نداد. بر اثر افزایش غلظت MLSS و در نتیجه کاهش اکسیژن محلول به زیر 1 میلیگرم در لیتر، تعداد باکتریهای رشتهای از 100 به Count/µL 400 افزایش یافت. با افزایش باکتریهای رشتهای، فشار انتقالی غشا از1/5 به 3/5 کیلو پاسکال رسید و در نتیجه مقاومت کلی در مقابل شار خروجی دچار افزایش شدیدی گردید. برای کاهش تعداد باکتریهای رشتهای از هیپوکلریت کلسیم با دز g Cl2/Kg MLSS day 10 استفاد شد، بهطوریکه بعد از 5 روز میزان باکتریهای رشتهای بدون اینکه جمعیت دیگر ریزاندامها کاهش چشمگیری یابند، از 400 به Count/µL 100 کاهش یافت و بههمین ترتیب روند افزایشی فشار انتقالی غشا نیز متوقف شد.

بررسی تأثیر غلظتهای مختلف فنل بر کارایی برکه تثبیت بیهوازی در تصفیه فاضلاب پالایشگاه نفت کرمانشاه
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر غلظتهای مختلف فنل بر کارایی برکه تثبیت بیهوازی در تصفیه فاضلاب نفت بود. این مطالعه از نوع تجربی تحلیلی بود. برکه تثبیت بیهوازی در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی با ابعاد 1×1×2/0 متر با استفاده از ورقه فایبرگلاس با ضخامت 6 میلیمتر طراحی، ساخته و راهاندازی گردید. زمان ماند هیدرولیکی برکه بیهوازی در این مطالعه 2 روز و بار هیدرولیکی آن 95 لیتر در روز منظور گردید. پس از راهاندازی و بذرپاشی و تثبیت بیولوژیکی، نمونه برداشت شد. در این مطالعه فنل با غلظتهای مختلف 100، 200، 300 و 400 میلیگرم در لیتر ورودی پایلوت اضافه شد، سپس پارامترهای NH3، PO4، فنل بهترتیب در طول موج 425، 690، 500 نانومتر توسط دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر برای هریک از نمونهها اندازهگیری شدند و همچنین TCOD،SCOD ، TBOD، SBOD و pH نمونهها نیز اندازهگیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت فنل در برکه بیهوازی میزان حذف BOD در غلظتهای100، 200، 300 و 400 میلیگرم در لیتر فنل از فاضلاب پالایشگاه نفت بهترتیب 8/14±71/75، 7/09±67/02، 4/43±61/69 و 6/03±53/5 و برای COD 10/94±76/07، 6/12±68/95، 4/37±62/83 و 3/47±55/63 کاهش یافت. میتوان گفت این مسئله بهدلیل سمّیت بالای فنل برای باکتریهای تصفیهکننده فاضلاب نفت است. بیشترین و کمترین راندمان حذف فنل توسط این سیستم برای غلظت 100 میلیگرم در لیتر، 89/82 درصد و برای غلظت 400 میلیگرم در لیتر 55/86 درصد بهدست آمد. نتیجه بررسی نشان داد که برکه تثبیت بیهوازی در مقیاس پایلوت، در صورت راهبری مناسب، کارایی بالایی در حذف ترکیبات آلی همراه با غلظتهای مختلف فنل دارد.

جذب جیوه از خاک آلوده توسط بوته برنج، مطالعه موردی: مزارع شهرک صنعتی آمل
جیوه یکی از سمّیترین عناصر سنگینی است که در بسیاری از صنایع تولید و به محیط دفع میشود. مطالعات اندکی در رابطه با تجمع جیوه در خاک و ضریب تجمع زیستی و انتقال آن به گیاه برنج کشت شده در مناطق صنعتی صورت گرفته است. لذا با این هدف در این تحقیق بهطور تصادفی از 10 مزرعه برنج اطراف شهرک صنعتی آمل که چندین سال با فاضلاب این شهرک آبیاری میشدند، نمونهبرداری با سه تکرار صورت گرفت. غلظت جیوه در نمونههای خاک و گیاه با استفاده از دستگاه آنالیز جیوه پیشرفته LECO مدل 254AMA مطابق روش استاندارد ASTM D-6733 سنجش شد و پارامترهای کیفی خاک اندازهگیری شدند. متوسط غلظت جیوه در خاک مزارع 0/012± 0/031 میلیگرم در کیلوگرمبهدست آمد. میانگین غلظت جیوه در ریشه، ساقه و دانه بهترتیب 0/0163±0/074، 0/008±0/058 و 0/0083±0/051 میلیگرم در کیلوگرماندازهگیری شد. همچنین ضرایب انتقال و تجمع زیستی جیوه بهترتیب کمتر از 1 و 2/46 محاسبه شد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری بین غلظت جیوه درخاک با دانه و ارتباط منفی و معنیدار بین pH و غلظت جیوه در خاک و ریشه وجود دارد. با توجه به یافتههای این تحقیق میتوان گفت که گیاه برنج قابلیت بالایی برای جذب جیوه از خاک دارد.

بررسی میزان امولسیون نفتی حاصل از تخلیه پساب واحد چربیگیری یک مجتمع نفتی بر رودخانه اروند
پروژههای نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی که در جهت رشد صنعتی و اقتصادی کشور هستند، بدون شک در سطوح بزرگ با اثرات منفی محیط زیستی همراه خواهند بود. در این تحقیق به بررسی میزان امولسیون نفتی در رودخانه اروند پرداخته شد که بهواسطه تخلیه پساب این مجتمع نفتی ایجاد میشود. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده، بیشترین میزان DO ، COD و BOD 7/2 ، 1/64 و 95/8 میلیگرم در لیتر و کمترین میزان آن 21 ، 48/4 و 4 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. بیشترین میزان نفت و چربی O 18/5 میلیگرم در لیتر بود و در رودخانه اروند در بهمن ماه نفت و چربی دیده نشد. بیشترین و کمترین میزانTDS بهترتیب 56 و 21 میلیگرم در لیتر، بیشترین و کمترین میزان TSS بهترتیب 8400 و 1740 میلیگرم در لیتر و بیشترین و کمترین میزان سختی بهترتیب 3762 و 680 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. با توجه به مقایسه نتایج آنالیز پسابهای خروجی مجتمع نفتی در رودخانه اروند با استاندارد سازمان محیط زیست برای تخلیه پساب به آبهای سطحی مشخص شد که واحد چربیگیری بهتنهایی قادر به تصفیه درست پسابها نبوده و این پساب نیاز جدی به تصفیه مناسب و کارامد قبل از تخلیه به رودخانه اروند دارد و لازم است یک روش تصفیه مناسبتر با توجه به شرایط منطقه، جایگزین این روش شود.

تشخیص و پهنهبندی مکانی شاخص کیفی چند متغیره آب زیرزمینی با استفاده از ترکیب روش فازی
روشهای ارزیابی کیفیت منابع آب زیرزمینی و تشخیص موقعیتهای مناسب برداشت برای شرب و استفاده کشاورزی، از مسائلی است که بهلحاظ کاربردی بودن، استفاده فراوانی دارد. ارائه یک روش پهنهبندی کیفی جدید با تعیین حدود و شاخص کیفی مناسب از اهم اهداف تحقیق حاضر بود. در این مطالعه پس از ارزیابی متغیرهای کیفی آب در هر چاه پایش، روشی کارا بهمنظور استنتاج شاخص کلی کیفیت آب با بهکارگیری ساختار تشخیص و ارزیابی فازی بهکار برده شد. در ادامه، اطلاعات 217 چاه برداشت آب در دشت قزوین که شامل 12 پارامتر شیمیایی کیفیت آب بود، بهمنظور ارزیابی شاخص کیفی پیشنهادی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در نهایت، شاخص کیفی فازی جدید با استفاده از یکی از جدیدترین رویکردهای تخمین مکانی بهینه شده توسط الگوریتم ژنتیک به کل منطقه دشت قزوین تعمیم یافت. نتایج نشاندهنده کارایی روش پیشنهادی در پهنهبندی کیفی آب زیرزمینی بود. یکی از نقاط قوت روش پیشنهادی، پرهیز از تجمیع قطعیتگرایانه کیفیت و ارائه شاخصی پیوسته بهمنظور ارزیابی کیفی آب زیرزمینی بود.

پیشبینی تغییرات مکانی- زمانی سطح آب زیرزمینی در دشت بیرجند بهروش کریجینگ
با توجه به محدودیت منابع آبی و خطر بحران آب در ایران و اینکه سالانه مقدار زیادی از ذخایر منابع آبی کشور بهدلیل برداشت بیش از حد کاهش یافته و منجر به بحرانی شدن دشتها و در نتیجه ایجاد بیلان منفی میشود، یافتن راههایی برای پیشبینی مقدار سطح آّب قبل از حفر چاهها ضروری است. سطح آبهای زیرزمینی متغیری است که در طول زمان و مکان تغییر میکند بنابراین میتوان آن را بهعنوان یک مجموعه دادهی فضایی- زمانی در نظر گرفت. در تحلیل این نوع دادهها، مدلسازی ساختار وابستگی فضایی- زمانی ابزاری مهم برای پیشبینی متغیر مورد مطالعه در مکانها و زمانهای دلخواه است. ساختار وابستگی فضایی- زمانی دادههای فضایی- زمانی بهکمک تابع همتغییرنگار یا تغییرنگار مشخص میشود. در حالت کلی تعیین همتغییرنگار فضایی- زمانی دادهها بسیار پیچیده است اما تحت فرض تفکیکپذیری همتغییرنگار، مدلبندی ساختار وابستگی فضایی- زمانی را میتوان با ترکیبی از همتغییرنگار صرفاً فضایی و صرفاً زمانی انجام داد. در این تحقیق ضمن شرح مختصری در خصوص انواع همتغییرنگار فضایی- زمانی تفکیکپذیر و نحوه برآورد و مدلسازی آنها، ساختار همبستگی فضایی- زمانی دادههای مربوط به سطح آبهای زیرزمینی مدلسازی شد. سپس منحنی تراز پیشبینی سطح آبهای زیرزمینی بهروش کریجینگ عام تحت مدلهای ضربی و جمعی- ضربی ارائه شده و دقت این مدلها برای پیشبینی فضایی- زمانی سطح آبهای زیرزمینی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با آنکه مدل جمعی- ضربی پیچیدهتر از مدل ضربی است، نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که مدل ضربی با دقت بسیار مطلوبی میتواند برای پیشبینی سطح آبهای زیرزمینی در ناحیه مورد مطالعه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

نشت آب یکی از معضلات اصلی شبکههای توزیع است و با توجه به محدودیتهای موجود در منابع تأمین آب و هزینه بالای آن، کاهش میزان نشت در شبکههای توزیع آب را میتوان یکی از اهداف عمده سازمانهای تأمین کننده آب دانست. یکی از روشهای نشتیابی در شبکه توزیع آب، استفاده از کالیبراسیون فشارهای گرهای با برداشت فشار در چند نقطه از شبکه است. فرایند کالیبراسیون بهصورت انجام بهینهسازی یک تابع هدف با قیودی مطرح میگردد. از اینرو علاوه بر تحلیل هیدرولیکی شبکه، نیاز به استفاده از الگوریتمهای بهینهیابی نیزاست. در این مقاله به مقایسه دو روش بهینهیابی الگوریتم ژنتیک و کلونی مورچهها در کالیبراسیون فشارهای گرهای و یافتن نشت پرداخته شد. بهمنظور بررسی کارایی و نحوه عمل این دو روش در شناسایی نشت، تحلیلها روی شبکه با ایجاد نشت فرضی صورت گرفت که نتایج بهدست آمده، کارآمدی روش بهینهیابی کلونی مورچهها را در شناسایی موقعیت و مقدار نشت درگرههای شبکه نشان میدهد.

مدل پیشبینی جریان رودخانه با استفاده از سیستم فازی FIS و الگوریتم بهینهسازی PSO
هدف از این مطالعه پیشبینی رواناب بهصورت مکانی با استفاده از اطلاعات ایستگاههای هیدرومتری و هواشناسی بود. بررسیها نشان میدهد که معمولاً ارتباطات مشخصی بین دادههای هواشناسی و هیدرومتری بالادست حوضه با میزان رواناب تولیدی در خروجی حوضه وجود دارد و چنانچه بتوان قوانین نهفته در سابقه تاریخی دادههای ثبت شده در این ایستگاهها را استخراج نمود، میتوان به آسانی بر پایه اطلاعات اندازهگیری شده به پیشبینی میزان رواناب پرداخت. بر این اساس از بین ابزارهای موجود، تئوری فازی میتواند با انعطافپذیری خود در تدوین قوانین فازی، دانش نهفته در دادههای مشاهدهای را بهنحوه مطلوبی بهمنظور پیشبینی پارامترها در زمان واقعی ارائه نماید. لذا در این تحقیق سیستم استنتاج فازی بهمنظور برآورد میزان رواناب در ایستگاهی واقع در پاییندست رودخانه طالقانرود با استفاده از آمار ایستگاههای بارانسنجی و هیدرومتری بالادست رودخانه بهکار گرفته شد. اجرای سیستم فازی معمولی نشاندهنده عدم کارایی مناسب این ابزار در ارائه مقادیر صحیح پیشبینی است که علت آن را میتوان در نامناسب بودن مقادیر بازهای مرتبط با توابع عضویت هر یک از پارامترهای مؤثر در فرایند مدلسازی جستجو نمود. با توجه به زمانبر بودن ساخت تابع عضویت متناسب با هر یک از پارامترها بهدلیل تعدد حالات مختلف توابع عضویت، اقدام به استفاده ترکیبی از الگوریتم بهینهسازی مبتنی بر هوش جمعی بهمنظور تسریع و بهبود وضعیت مدلسازی گردید. با اجرای مدل ترکیبی، مقادیر بهینه مرتبط با هر یک از توابع عضویت متغیرهای وابسته و مستقل، استخراج شده و بر پایه آن و با استفاده از سیستم فازی اقدام به پیشبینی رواناب در ایستگاه پاییندست رودخانه گردید. نتایج نشاندهنده دقت بالای استفاده از روش ترکیبی پیشنهادی در مقایسه با روشهای کاربرد منفرد استنتاج فازی است بهطوری که با استفاده از این مدل پیشنهادی میتوان میزان دقیقتری از رواناب را برای شرایط آینده برآورد نمود.

بررسی کارایی فناوری نانو فیلتراسیون در حذف فلزات سنگین از فاضلاب
یکی از مهمترین عوامل آلودگی محیط زیست, فاضلابهای صنعتی حاوی فلزات سنگین است که در پساب بسیاری از صنایع از جمله صنعت آبکاری وجود دارند. این فلزات در صورت ورود به بدن انسان باعث بروز انواع بیماریها از جمله سرطان و همچنین آلودگی منابع آب و خاک و مرگ آبزیان میگردند. در این تحقیق میزان کارایی فناوری نانو فیلتراسیون در حذف سه فلز نیکل, روی و مس بهعنوان شاخص فلزات سنگین در فاضلاب آبکاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هدف از انجام این تحقیق ارزیابی تأثیر سه عامل فشار, غلظت و زمان بر حذف فلزات سنگین مذکور با استفاده از یک غشای نانو فیلتراسیون بود. در بررسی اثر غلظت بر میزان حذف از دو غلظت ۲۵ و ۵۰ میلیگرم در لیتر نمکهای سولفات مس, نیترات نیکل و سولفات روی استفاده شد و همچنین اثر فشارهای ۸ ,۶ و ۴ بار مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. همچنین عوامل pH و دما در طول آزمایشها ثابت در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش فشار، میزان حذف افزایش یافت که تأثیر آن در فشار ۸ بار برای فلز مس بیشتر از بقیه بود و موجب حذف 100 درصد آن گردید. در خصوص تأثیر غلظت, نتایج نشان دهنده کاهش میزان حذف با افزایش غلظت بود بهطوری که در مورد فلز روی از ۹۹ درصد در غلظت ۲۵ میلیگرم در لیتر به 7/۹۷ درصد در غلظت۵۰ میلیگرم در لیتر رسید. همچنین فاکتور گذشت زمان نیز عامل مثبتی در افزایش میزان حذف ارزیابی شد.
